WHAT'S YOUR TURNAROUND TIME? CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?

Our normal turn time is 2 - 5 business days, but we can rush if for you if you need it sooner! Just call 619.328.6275 and we will be happy to help you, or you can email customerservice@stickerjunkie.com. There will be an extra fee if you need the orders to ship within 72 hours, other than that we can usually assist you gratis.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY STICKERS?

We take payment when you’ve decided to print with us, before production begins. The stickers are custom products so we’ve gotta get paid before we can send your jobs to print. Once you’ve approved artwork & decided to print with us, it’s a done deal.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. You can also send a check or money order to StickerJunkie.com, 10744 Prospect Ave. Suite A, Santee, CA 92071, however, we will not begin printing your job until the check clears.

WHAT IF I NEED MORE THAN 10,000 STICKERS?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! All prices are in US Dollars, and you may be charged a duty fee by your government when the product gets into your country. This is not something we have control over. We ship internationally using the US postal service. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

It is our policy to answer all customer service emails within 24 hours, if you have a question or tracking request send it to customerservice@stickerjunkie.com, if for some reason you haven’t heard back from us within 24 hours simply call us at 619.328.6275.

We love our customers & it is our intention that they love us too, we always want to make you happy. In the rare case of a mistake by us we will reprint your stickers at no additional charge. If, however, the mistake is on your side (you had a misspelling, you ordered for a band that splits up before you get your stickers, your event is canceled, etc.) we’ve already paid to have the stickers printed & you can’t return the product. We love you though & your business so if you call us up & let us know what’s happened we’ll throw you a deal the next time you order from us.
