What’s the catch, how do you get your prices so low?
No catch, these are the same quality sticker’s you’d get in a store, they’re super durable, weather-coated, vinyl stickers suited for outdoor use. Pantone Screen Print (the highest quality printing process available), and for full color designs (more than 4 colors) we use CMYK Screen Print. We’ve been on the internet so long & do such high volume that we’re able to offer awesome pricing!

Can I split my order of 1000 (or more) stickers into two designs?
YES! You sure can, just needs to be the same sticker size & same colors. Actually, you can split it into 5 designs 200 of each if you want. There’s a $25 extra charge per extra design to cover our cost, but if you’re getting 1,000 stickers or 25,000 stickers, you can split it into however many designs you want.

How much is shipping?
$10 for orders of 1,000 – 2,500 stickers, $20 for 5,000 stickers, $30 for 10,000 stickers & $50 for 25,000 stickers.

We want to print a sticker that is different from your sizes, can you print them?
YES! We can do anything you’d like, if you want something more custom than what you see here email odessa@stickerjunkie.com or call us at 800.496.1231 and we’ll get you a quote.

Can you help me with artwork?
YES! If you have a logo and need a little adjustment with artwork, send over a description of how you want your sticker to look & we’ll mock up a proof for you for FREE, if you need extensive help after that we’ll send you an estimate for artwork time, but minor adjustments or one time set ups we’ll handle for you at no cost.

What’s the minimum quantity for full custom orders?
1,000 stickers, we thought about offering lower quantities like 100 fully custom stickers, but the problem with that is we’d need to use a CMYK Silkscreen on a gang run for those & while CMYK print is really good quality for a full color job, it’s not nearly as good as a Pantome print is for a sticker that’s 4 colors or less. We opted for the very best in quality & that’s why 1,000 is our minimum.

Do you offer back prints?
YES! We charge $25 extra per 1,000 stickers. Back printing is black and white printing on the backside peel-off part of your sticker. It can be used for additional artwork, or information highlighting your web address, company logo, promo codes, CD release date, etc.

Are your stickers waterproof, weatherproof, and fadeproof?
All of our stickers are made of an outdoor-caliber, durable, waterproof, industrial strength vinyl with an aggressive permanent adhesive. Our stickers have a 3-5 year effective capability against any weather, fading, etc. Before the stickers are cut, we add a 100% clear gloss UV coating.

What if our stickers are a weird shape? Like a cut out around our logo?
That’s called a Custom Die, it can be an outline of anything, like when we print the StickerJunkie Monkey stickers & the sticker is a cut out of the monkey’s head, that’s a custom die.

What is a bleed?
Artwork must bleed an 1/8" beyond the die cut on all sides. The die cutting machine can shift up to 3/32". A 1/8" bleed will ensure that the machine won't cut into your design. A bleed does not count towards your final sticker size. As an example, if your sticker size is 4" x 4" then the file you submit should be 4.25" x 4.25".

What is the safety area?
All sticker artwork should have an 1/8" safety area. This is the space between the die line and the live area of your sticker. Keep all text and graphics within the live (safety) area. As an example, if your sticker size is 4" x 4" then your text and graphics should be within 3.75" x 3.75".

What's your turnaround time?
Stickers ship in 2-4 weeks from the time you we receive artwork & payment.

Can I rush my order?
Our normal turn time is about 2½ weeks, we have the up to 4 weeks as a safety, we do so much volume that usually 2 weeks is the fastest we can get a job through our system.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally using the US postal service. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

When do I pay for my stickers?
We take payment when you’ve decided to print with us, before production begins. The stickers are custom products so we’ve gotta get paid before we can send your jobs to print. Once you’ve approved artwork & decided to print with us, it’s a done deal.

What payment options do you offer?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX. You can also send a check or money order to StickerJunkie.com, 607 Cerrillos Rd #E, Santa Fe, NM 87505, however, we will not begin printing your job until the check clears.

It is our policy to answer all customer service emails within 24 hours, if you have a question or tracking request send it to customerservice@stickerjunkie.com, if for some reason you haven’t heard back from us within 24 hours simply call us at 800.496.1231.

We love our customers & it is our intention that they love us too, we always want to make you happy. In the rare case of a mistake by us we will reprint your stickers at no additional charge. If however the mistake is on your side (you had a misspelling, you ordered for a band that splits up before you get your stickers, your event is canceled, etc.) we’ve already paid to have the stickers printed & you can’t return the product. We love you though & your business so if you call us up & let us know what’s happened we’ll throw you a deal the next time you order from us.
